We process the data you provide through the quote form and the contact channels (telephone, email and WhatsApp): full name, telephone, email, type of customer (private individual or professional), project location and the information you include in your message. The data comes directly from you; we do not obtain data from third parties.
To handle and manage your request for information or a quote and to maintain the contact related to your enquiry. We do not use your data for other purposes nor do we create profiles.
The legal basis is the implementation, at your request, of pre-contractual measures and the management of your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR). For enquiries that do not lead to a potential contractual relationship, the basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your communication (Article 6.1.f GDPR). The use of non-essential cookies (Google map) is based on your consent (Article 6.1.a).
We keep your data while we manage your request and, once it is completed, for the limitation periods of any liabilities arising from the processing. After those periods, the data is deleted or anonymised.
We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required. To provide the service, technology providers act as data processors on behalf of Dekorere and in accordance with Article 28 GDPR, in particular the web hosting and email provider (Hostinger). These providers only process the data following our instructions.
If you accept non-essential cookies, the Google Maps map and the Google Analytics analytics tool (via Google Tag Manager) are loaded; in that case Google may process technical data (such as your IP address) and carry out transfers outside the European Economic Area under the safeguard mechanisms provided by Google. If you do not accept, they are not loaded. The fonts are hosted on our own server, so they do not involve requests to third parties.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, as well as withdraw the consent given (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing), by writing to dekorere@dekorere.com and indicating the right you wish to exercise. If you consider that we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
We do not make automated decisions or create profiles with your data.
The fields marked as mandatory in the form are necessary to handle your request; if you do not provide them, we will not be able to deal with it.
